We are aware of your contribution to the ecosystem, talk us through your background and your journey as a woman entrepreneur, please;
I started my journey in 2017 when none of the market products took my skin concerns away. It took years of research and study around Ayurveda and its benefits. I studied Indian-origin Ayurveda and started making my own formulations that turned out to produce significant results. That’s when I decided to take it a step ahead as the results were really amazing.
My brother who is staying in Australia informed me that he started observing small hair growth where he had lost his hair almost completely. That boosted my confidence And I did more research on Indian and overseas plant-based actives to take it to the next level.”
It was also important for me to understand the market and help those who are struggling with skin-related issues.
Now after 5 years of deep digging, I have come up with formulations that will be a complete skin diet and not just supplements that you can’t take regularly. That’s when MUSOKE SKIN came into being. The journey has been full of learning, exciting, challenging yet fulfilling so far.
‘MUSOKE SKIN (KNOW YOUR ROOTS)’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please. Our audience would also love to know what kind of problem you are solving?
Musoke means ‘Rainbows’. Rainbows are a wondrous natural phenomenon that captures the imagination and inspires awe. What does your company specialize in?
My company name is ‘Know Your Roots’ and it owns an Ayurvedic skincare brand ‘MUSOKE’ which is dedicated to harnessing the wisdom of ancient Ayurveda to provide natural, holistic skincare solution. How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
My work is really my motivation. Every day I wake up with just one goal in my mind and that is to make the skincare routine better and healthier for everyone.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
Dreams are the biggest source of motivation. Dream to do something that stays for a long time. The idea is not to live forever but to create something that will.

What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?

In your opinion what are the keys to success?
Happiness is the key to success. ”Jo karo Dil se karo” when you do something with all your love, passion and your soul, sooner or later but success will be yours.
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
Success is different for all, for some success is to achieve high goals and for others, it could be about making the world a better place.
Whatever your perception is always remember, that success does not come from shortcuts. Believe in yourself, have a dream, and give your best to it.
